Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All art prints (both limited and open editions) are final sale and non-returnable. This policy is due to the custom nature and high value of our products.

Exceptions:

  • If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and provide a replacement if necessary.

Refund Policy

Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact us at helloelisamiller@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
    2. Provide your order number and detailed photos of the damage.
    3. Once we review your request, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
